Declaration

 nEVPPoints = DistributePointsInRegionsWithMinimum(nTotalPoints,boundaries,thesign)

Parameters

• nTotalPoints total number of collocation points
• boundaries region boundaries in WKB coordinates
• thesign signs of \(N^2-\omega^2\) in each region

Returns

• nEVPPoints point counts assigned to each region
